The aircraft
Two genuine Royal Air Force Sea Kings — the big yellow Search & Rescue helicopters that spent their careers plucking people from the sea — now grounded on the shore of North Yorkshire Water Park and reborn as two of the most unusual places to stay in Britain. Climb aboard, take the cockpit for dinner, and fall asleep in the tail where the winchman once worked.
Double bed in the tail
A proper double at the rear of the aircraft, where the crew once worked the winch.
