Helicopter Glamping("we", "us") operates this website. For any privacy matters, contact us at stay@helicopterglamping.co.uk. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.
What we collect and why
- Enquiry details — your name, email, optional phone, preferred dates and message, so we can respond to you. This is processed on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- Analytics — if you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised, aggregated usage data to improve the site. See our cookie policy.
How your enquiry is handled
Enquiry messages are sent to us, and confirmation/notification emails (and optional SMS) are delivered, using Brevo, our email and SMS provider, acting as our processor. Bookings are completed on Airbnb, whose own privacy policy governs any data you provide there.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your query and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email us at stay@helicopterglamping.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers named above (Brevo, our analytics provider and Airbnb) so we can run the site and respond to you.
